Warranty: We provide limited warranty for all electronic products sold by us, the warranty may vary for different product from 3 months up to 1 year from the original invoice date. All warranty repair and or other paid repairs are directly handled by our service center in Michigan, most warranty repair and or other paid repairs will be shipped back within 1~2 business days, others will be ship back within 7 business days. Customer no need to contact or deal with any manufacturers from overeas. (RMA number required).

Return and Exchange:

All products purchased from DNYStore.com covered by this "Return and Exchange Policy". The items to be returned for refund and or exchange must be returned to DNYStore.com within 30 days from the original invoice date. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

We will gladly authorized a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" for a refund or exchange. Buyers requesting a refund may request a 15% restocking fee. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchange and refund items must return in it's entirety, and in it's original packing or you will be deducted for any missing parts and accessories.
